About Dharni Navjeevan Organics

Dharni Navjeevan Organics Pvt. Ltd. exists to solve a problem most of Indian agriculture avoids talking about: soil is running out of fertility. We are an organic soil health company built around one product line — activated, inoculated biochar — and one goal: help farmers grow on land that keeps getting better, not worse.

Story

Farmland is one of the most valuable assets a family owns, often worth ₹5–10 lakh per acre or more. But that value depends entirely on fertility — and fertility has been quietly declining across much of India due to decades of heavy chemical Products use. Dharni Navjeevan was built to reverse that decline with a natural, scientifically grounded soil conditioner, instead of another synthetic input.

That mission is why Dharni Navjeevan isn't run by agriculture specialists alone. It brings together infrastructure project discipline, decades of hands-on biomass and biochar engineering, and a farming family's lived understanding of what soil degradation actually looks like on the ground.

How Our Founders Came Together

Dharni Navjeevan Organics sits at the intersection of three different careers. Amit Kumar Meshram spent 24+ years managing complex infrastructure projects — the kind of work that demands rigorous planning, quality control, and long-term thinking. Sujata Yadav grew up in a farming family and has built her career in governance and community-facing work. Vijay Kasrekar spent over four decades engineering biomass technology, holding patents long before biochar became a mainstream conversation in Indian agriculture.

None of them set out to build a Soil Regenerator company in the traditional sense. What brought them together was a shared observation: Indian farmland was losing fertility faster than most people realized, and the fix wasn't more chemical input — it was restoring soil biology at scale, with engineering-grade consistency instead of guesswork.

Our Mission

To help farmers restore soil fertility naturally — improving nutrient availability, water retention, and root health — while reducing long-term dependence on chemical Products.

Our Vision

A future where every acre of Indian farmland regenerates itself season after season, supporting both farmer income and long-term food security.

What We Believe In

Healthy soil comes first — “स्वस्थ मिट्टी, समृद्ध किसान” (Healthy Soil, Prosperous Farmer) is our whole business model, not just a slogan.
Science over shortcuts — our biochar is activated and inoculated with beneficial microorganisms, not just heat-treated biomass.
Sustainable is not optional — every product is designed to be natural, eco-friendly, and safe for soil, plants, and people.
Long-term thinking — we measure success in soil organic carbon built up over years, not one season’s yield.

What We Do

We manufacture Dharni Navjeevan Soil Regenerator, a premium activated biochar-based soil conditioner, at our production facility in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Every batch is developed to improve soil structure, water-holding capacity, and overall soil health, and is suitable for agriculture, horticulture, nurseries, landscaping, and soil remediation projects across India.
